About the RoleThe GTM Operations Manager is a strategic systems administrator role to support the go to market (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) activities of Wyllo.
You will- Partner with business users to build and own the systems that power Wyllo's entire revenue lifecycle, from lead generation through commission payout. That means designing the automation, systems, and AI agent workflows that make our GTM and G&A teams faster and more effective, and that directly drive pipeline and retention activities.
- Be embedded across customer-facing and internal operations teams, identifying where manual work is killing efficiency and building the systems to fix it, permanently. You're the first person to help support the team in their operational day to day via ticket, in-person collaboration and cross functional project execution. This role sits within GTM Operations.
- Intake, build, refine, and optimize (not build and hand off). You will own the performance of the systems you create, not just their delivery.
What you'll ownGTM systems and automation. Design and maintain the workflows that run our customer lifecycle (customer acquisition, sales journey, onboarding sequences, health score triggers, renewal workflows, upsell and cross-sell signals, and escalation routing). If it touches a prospect or customer, you're thinking about how to systematize it.
AI agent infrastructure. Working with our innovative Director of GTM Engineering you will build and maintain AI agents using Claude, MCPs, and direct API integrations that augment what our GTM team can do.
Internal tools for productivity. Use Claude Code to build lightweight internal tools that help Marketing, Sales and CS work faster and smarter, eliminating repetitive manual work and driving a proactive customer experience.
Data Models and Analytics. Own the data infrastructure that powers GTM decisions, build the orchestration layer to aggregate data across BigQuery, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other systems. Surface real-time insights that change how the team operates.
Post-sale data models and lifecycle analytics. Own the GTM data infrastructure that powers CX decisions, build the orchestration layer to aggregate data across BigQuery, Salesforce, Slack, and other systems to track retention, expansion, health, and engagement across the customer base. Surface real-time insights that change how the team operates.
G&A and cross-functional efficiency. Identify and eliminate manual work across Finance, HR, and G&A through AI and workflow automation. You're not just a Sales resource, you're Wyllo's internal operator for any team that needs systems help.
You don't need to- Build AI/ML models from scratch (we use APIs, Claude, and orchestration tools)
- Be a full-stack engineer (but you do need to write and debug real code using Claude Code)
The stack you'll work in- GTM & CX systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Apollo
- AI & automation: Claude Code, n8n, Clay, Zapier, OpenAI, Gemini, Loveable
- Data: BigQuery, Metabase, Supabase

What success looks like- In your first 60 days you've familiarized yourself with our systems, custom fields and workflows, data models and dashboard
- Within 6 months, you own a functioning data infrastructure for GTM with strong stakeholder partnership across GTM leaders and Finance
- Within a year, the GTM and G&A teams operate faster and with less overhead because of systems you built, and you can point to the pipeline generation, retention and expansion numbers that prove it
You have - 2-5 years in revenue operations, customer success operations, or technical business systems in B2B SaaS
- Administrator Certification for Salesforce and a deep familiarity with Hubspot
- Hands-on experience building automation and workflows using tools like n8n, Clay, Zapier, or equivalents
- Proven use of Claude Code to build internal tools and integrations without waiting on engineering
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and direct integrations across Marketing, CRM, CS, and data platforms
- Experience working with data: building reports, queries, or dashboards in tools like BigQuery and Metabase
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle inclusive of marketing, sales and CS
- High ownership mindset: you identify the problem, build the fix, measure the result, and iterate
