Full Job Description
Job Summary
The Growth Product Manager will play a central role in the global growth for one of Spectrum Brand's home brands, helping transform it to serve today's consumers in the health and wellness space. You are responsible for the brand's global product portfolio, including existing products and the new product roadmap.

You will identify consumer needs and market opportunities across existing and new products and translate those opportunities into prioritized product initiatives. These initiatives must balance brand strategy, consumer value, commercial potential, and technical feasibility. You will lead the product initiatives from definition, business case development, and product development through global product launches. After launch, you will continuously assess performance, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive actions that improve results.

You will be a core member of the small, cross-functional Growth Team which shares accountability for delivering the brand's growth goals. You have the opportunity to shape your role on this new core team and help build the team's playbook. This includes bringing an entrepreneurial mindset, testing new approaches, piloting agile product-management practices, and building AI-enabled workflows.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Innovation. Although you will not have direct reports, you will lead global cross-functional product initiatives. Key partners include Consumer Insights, Brand, Regional Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Industrial Design, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the brand's product portfolio and NPD roadmap including:
    • Optimizing existing products to improve commercial performance, cost, and margin
    • Refreshing products to deliver new brand position
    • Delivering new product innovation that drives long-term growth
    • Expanding the brand through consumer solutions beyond appliances
  • Use voice-of-consumer inputs, research, category and competitive trends, commercial data, and digital analytics to identify product and assortment opportunities and improve portfolio performance
  • Lead product initiatives from definition and business-case development through cross-functional team alignment, product development, creation of the global product launch blueprint for the regional teams to execute against, and post-launch performance tracking and optimization.
  • Partner with Brand, Creative, Digital Marketing, DTC, Regional Marketing, and Sales to bring product initiatives to market, evaluate in-market performance, and drive ongoing improvements across digital and retail channels.
  • Track progress against growth goals, align cross-functional partners around shared outcomes, and use performance data and new learning to adjust priorities, plans, resources, or investment as needed.
  • Use AI deliberately to improve speed and quality of work and build what works into repeatable processes that can be transferred to broader business

Education and Experience Profile
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, innovation, brand growth, product development, or related consumer-product role
  • Experience with end-to-end ownership of a product portfolio, including driving a new product roadmap and in-market performance evaluation
  • Experience developing global product launches including the positioning, pricing, channel strategy, and launch plans that regional teams can execute
  • Experience with digital commerce including an understanding of how DTC, digital shelf, content, and social commerce inform product decisions
  • Experience using consumer insights, commercial data, and performance signals to identify opportunities, make portfolio decisions, and evaluate results.
  • A track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering results

Required Skills
Preferred Experience
  • MBA or equivalent commercial, product management, or innovation experience
  • Experience in the health and wellness consumer space
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial environment
  • Experience working in cross-functional product environments that emphasize shared ownership, iterative learning, and continuous improvement rather than sequential functional handoffs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools beyond basic chatbot use, such as applying AI within workflows or tools to produce key deliverables.
  • Experience managing products across multiple countries and working with global teams
  • A strong collaborator. You build good working relationships, create clarity, and drive action with cross-functional team members.
  • Digitally and commercially savvy. You know how product, brand, content, digital commerce, and retail execution work together to drive growth.
  • A compelling storyteller. You bring consumer needs, product ideas, and the brand promise to life in a clear and persuasive way.
  • Direct and constructive. You are an effective communicator and make recommendations that strengthen the team and outcome
  • Curious and adaptable. You seek out expertise, learn quickly, and act
