  • Partner with Brand, Creative, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and other Marketing teams, along with external agencies, to align stakeholders and move complex campaigns from concept to launch.

  • Manage campaign budgets and performance tracking, using data and insights to evaluate marketing spend, identify opportunities, and improve future investment decisions.

  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness, build clear performance readouts, and translate results into actionable recommendations for marketing leaders.

  • Identify emerging creators, platform behaviors, cultural moments, and audience trends that can unlock new opportunities for our influencer marketing strategy.

  • Improve and scale campaign workflows through stronger processes, automation, and emerging technologies that increase the effectiveness of planning, reporting, and execution.

What you’ll bring
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing operations, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience developing and executing large-scale, full-funnel creator campaigns, with a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, social media platforms, digital culture, consumer behavior, and emerging trends to drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and using data to optimize investments and inform future strategy.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and external partners around shared objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast-moving environment; experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.

  • Curiosity about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with an interest in using automation and intelligent workflows to strengthen creator research, campaign operations, reporting, creative ideation, and marketing innovation.
