  • Evaluate campaign performance post-launch, document learnings, and apply insights to future campaigns to continuously raise the bar on results

Cross-Functional Orchestration
  • Serve as the connective tissue between paid media, lifecycle/email, web, and creative teams, ensuring integrated strategies, coordinated execution, and shared accountability for funnel outcomes
  • Partner with each channel team on strategy and execution: paid media on targeting and investment mix; email on nurture and segmentation; web on CRO and A/B testing; creative on briefs and messaging

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Build strong relationships with sales division partners; monitor lead quality and pull-through at the marketing-to-sales handoff

Qualifications
  • Strong data fluency. Candidate can pull insights from dashboards and analytics tools and translate them into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Proven experience building and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to post-campaign analysis.
