Opportunity
Boom is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build predictable pipeline across the channels that bring in new property management customers. Partnerships are the biggest one: PMS integration partners, vendors and marketplaces, industry associations, consultants, and individual referrers.
You'll own the partner network day to day and run Boom's referral program, while testing and scaling other channels like email, events, and inbound. To start, expect roughly 60% partnerships and referrals, 40% broader growth work, shifting as we learn what's working. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations, and you'll be the person who knows which channels are paying off and why.
What you'll do
Partnerships: Own day-to-day relationships with Boom's vendor, integration, and industry partners; run regular check-ins, keep commitments on track on both sides, and work with Operations on partner onboarding and integration launches
Partner enablement: Keep partner-facing one-pagers, decks, and talk tracks current so partners can pitch Boom accurately
Referral program: Run Boom's referral program end to end, from recruiting and onboarding referrers to tracking referred leads and coordinating payouts with Finance
Co-marketing & industry organizations: Plan joint campaigns with partners (webinars, co-branded content, case studies, newsletter swaps) and manage Boom's presence with associations like NARPM, from memberships to sponsorships and speaking slots
Channel experiments: Test new growth channels, from email nurture to small paid pilots, including the pages and assets to support them; scale what works and cut what doesn't
Funnel & attribution: Own lead source tracking in Attio from first touch to closed deal, and report monthly to Marketing and Sales on pipeline and cost by channel
What you'll need
3-5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or business development (B2B SaaS required), with hands-on partnership or channel experience
Data-driven experimenter: you can attribute pipeline to a source, run a test, and explain the results in plain English
A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly and keeps it, from founders at small vendors to execs at large platforms
Extremely organized with a high degree of ownership; you track every commitment and follow up without being asked
Willingness to be out front with customers - pick up the phone, jump on a plane, etc.
Experience running a referral, affiliate, or partner incentive program, including tracking and payouts
Strong writer who can produce partner content and campaign copy with minimal editing
Experience in PropTech or property management is a plus
