What You'll Own

Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership
  • Serve as senior strategic lead and primary decision-maker for assigned brands
  • Oversee development of full funnel, omnichannel strategies aligned to brand and business objectives
  • Lead development of the annual strategic and tactical media plans grounded in audience insights, data and performance analytics
  • Present recommendations, results and forward-looking strategies confidently to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Confidently lead high-level client presentations and planning discussions
  • Build strong senior-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Contribute meaningfully to new business efforts and agency growth Initiatives


Omnichannel Planning & Execution
  • Oversee all aspects of plan development across biddable media (SEM, social, programmatic),
  • Provide oversight across all channels including biddable, endemic, point-of-care, custom programs, video, conferences, and emerging platforms
  • Ensure plans are insight-driven, performance-oriented, and integrated across channels
  • Oversee negotiations, investment allocations, and financial stewardship across brands
  • Ensure accuracy in forecasting, budget tracking, reconciliation, and billing
  • Maintain rigorous quality control and regulatory compliance standards


Performance & Innovation
  • Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs tied to business outcomes
  • Lead optimization strategies and performance reviews with clients and internal teams
  • Evaluate new media opportunities, data partnerships, and emerging technologies
  • Develop and socialize strong POVs on healthcare media trends and marketplace shifts


Team Leadership & Development
  • Directly manage team members, fostering professional growth and skill development

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree (Advertising/Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
  • 7 - 9+ years of media planning experience with strong healthcare/pharma expertise
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple brands or complex accounts
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare media ecosystem
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit; familiarity with media research, planning and reporting tools preferred

$105,000 - $130,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
