Your Key Responsibilities- Implement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.
- Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
- Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.
- Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
- Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
Your Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical degree/certificate with applicable experience
- 5+ years of experience in related positions in manufacturing environment
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational abilities and superior time management skills
- Proven track record in leading both functional and cross-functional teams
- Possesses exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
