Job Description:
MRM Health is looking for a talented Group Art Supervisor to join the team. This person is a brand steward and category champion, responsible for having a deep understanding of the brand, its benefits, and driven differentiation. Working with copy partners, the Group Art Supervisor will own all day-to-day design responsibilities for assigned healthcare/pharma accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and will have the skills and experience to think strategically, supply creative ideas and concepts, and execute across a range of mediums and to a wide variety of audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee creative execution across multiple brands, including timeline and budget
- Collaborate with Copy and Account partners to ensure the integrity of the creative and alignment with brand strategies
- Demonstrate knowledge about the brand, disease state, clinical trials and data, and competitive products
- Present creative work and ideas for large initiatives/programs to clients; engage in creative solution conversations with clients
- Create and present conceptual ideas and oversee campaign execution including attendance at photo/video shoots; engage in conversations with all partners and clients
- Proactively seek out opportunities to grow the business and make recommendations
- Participate in new business pitches and other agency initiatives
- Work collaboratively with all cross-functional team members including Studio, Copy, Project Management, and Account Management
- Supervise more than one direct report; oversee workload, creative output, provide regular feedback, execute performance reviews, and aid in career development
- Attend market research and workshops as needed
Education and Experience:
-6-7 years of pharmaceutical copy supervisory experience within a fast-paced agency
- Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare art direction experience is a must
- A compelling portfolio included with your application
- Previous leadership experience
- Solid presentations skills
- Proven ability to engage in creative conversations internally and with clients
- Motivated to seek/gain additional creative opportunities and/or work on new business pitches
- Proactive about expanding knowledge of trends so you can share new ideas with your team
- Proficiency in Adobe CS required, other relevant design software programs a plus
This role will be based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.$135,000-$150,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
