Key responsibilities in your new role
- Test Transfers: Collaborate with R&D Test to transfer test programs and hardware for qualification and production
- Program Development: Create, debug, validate, and release automated test programs integrated with ATE and DUT hardware
- Hardware Design: Design and modify test PCBs using Cadence Allegro templates and component libraries
- Sustaining Support: Act as first-line support with operators to diagnose and resolve test system, fixture, and burn-in hardware issues
- Optimization: Improve test methods to increase quality and reduce cost through platform and process improvements
- Documentation: Review and update test procedures, release documentation, and handover packages to meet corporate standards
- Lab Work: Perform bench measurements and validation using oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering graduating Spring 2027
- Test Systems: Familiarity or willingness to learn mixed-signal production ATE such as Teradyne ETS-364
- Programming: Proficiency in C/C++ or VB for test system applications
- PCB Tools: Experience or eagerness to learn Cadence Allegro for PCB layout and schematics
- Circuit Knowledge: Understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
- Lab Skills: Hands-on experience with bench instrumentation and test measurement techniques
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication
- Eligibility: US citizen or permanent resident required for export-controlled documentation access

US$ 83,000 - US$ 90,000
Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
