Role Overview:This role is for a hands-on engineer who will directly embed with enterprise customers to deploy, customize, and scale AI-powered applications. The candidate will build production-grade backend services using Go and modern UIs with React, while integrating GenAI capabilities into real customer environments, requiring comfort in both customer meetings and coding.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy, configure, and customize solutions in customer environments end-to-end.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Go for high-performance, low-latency workloads.
- Develop responsive, production-grade UIs using React / TypeScript.
- Integrate LLM APIs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and agentic AI workflows into customer-facing products.
- Translate complex customer requirements into working technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale deployments across cloud-native environments.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to feed customer insights back into the roadmap.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and mentor to customer engineering teams.
