Position Overview:

Join Freddie Mac as our next Business Lead and Sales Enablement liaison for Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy in our Single-Family Division in McLean, VA. Your Impact:

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales and Go-to-Market teams to design and execute against GTM strategies that align with Single-Family's priorities and objectives, advancing company goals through targeted account-based approaches. Your expertise will combine organizational insight with customer-centric methodology, supporting our teams and key accounts through strategic transformation.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving these efforts:

  • GTM Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute scalable enablement strategies that translate business, product and market priorities into clear, actionable plans that equip customer-facing teams for successful execution.
  • Market & Sales Readiness: Plan, coordinate and manage frontline outreach for priority GTM initiatives, translating strategy into targeted engagement plans that define audiences, timing, desired actions and execution across customer-facing teams.
  • Sales Tools & Content: Equip frontline teams with targeted messaging, conversation guides, playbooks and point-of-need resources that enable consistent, effective customer outreach and conversations.
  • Learning & Activation: Design targeted enablement experiences that build knowledge, confidence and application while reinforcing priority messages and behaviors across the GTM lifecycle.
  • Insights & Optimization: Leverage marketing, customer, and performance insights into continuous improvements to GTM strategy and execution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence across GTM, customer engagement, product, marketing, communications, and education to align stakeholders, eliminate fragmentation and deliver simple, scalable enablement solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant go-to-market and sales enablement experience with demonstrated success in customer-centric initiatives
  • 3+ years of change management experience supporting organizational initiatives in business environments
  • Experience using data analytics, CRM systems, and delivering content across digital and traditional channels
  • Strong customer service orientation along with outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with executives, cross-functional teams, and supporting change across business audiences and platforms
  • Proven ability to execute go-to-market objectives, support strategic implementation plans, and deliver high-quality results with measurable outcomes
  • Experience or knowledge of mortgage industry, financial services, or regulated B2B environments, preferred
  • Certification or knowledge of change management frameworks or CRM platforms, preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $182,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
