inventory, service support, marketing, and resources you need to succeed.What You'll Do- Develop and grow relationships with business owners, fleet managers, contractors, and commercial accounts
- Prospect for new business and identify opportunities to expand our commercial customer base
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through delivery and follow-up
- Recommend vehicle and fleet solutions based on each customer's business needs
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Work closely with our service, parts, and management teams to provide exceptional support after the sale
- Stay current on GMC products, commercial programs, incentives, and market opportunities
- Take ownership of your accounts and consistently work to grow your business
What We're Looking For- Previous Fleet or Commercial Automotive Sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of sales success
- Experience working with businesses, fleets, contractors, or other commercial customers
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple accounts
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation- $70,000-$130,000+ typical annual earnings
- Top performers can exceed $150,000+
- Commission-based compensation with bonuses and incentives
