Full Job Description
Meta is seeking a Global Workplace Strategy Business Partner to serve as a senior strategic advisor connecting Global Workplace Services with Meta's business organizations worldwide. In this role, you will shape how Meta's physical workplace portfolio - spanning offices, campuses, and flexible work environments - supports organizational effectiveness and long-term business goals. You will translate complex workforce trends, space utilization data, and real estate signals into actionable workplace strategies that influence how Meta plans, designs, and operates its global footprint. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring deep expertise in workplace strategy, space planning, and organizational partnership at a global scale.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive long-range workplace and space planning strategies for highly complex, cross-regional business portfolios, aligning physical environment decisions with organizational growth and workforce planning signals
• Serve as the primary strategic interface between Global Workplace Services and senior business leaders, translating business objectives into workplace requirements and portfolio recommendations
• Lead the development of novel frameworks for space utilization analysis, occupancy planning, and scenario modeling to inform real estate and facilities decisions at a global scale
• Identify and resolve ambiguous, cross-functional workplace challenges by synthesizing data from space utilization systems, headcount forecasts, and business unit roadmaps
• Influence capital investment decisions and workplace program prioritization by building compelling, data-driven business cases for senior and executive stakeholders
• Establish and evolve processes that enable cross-functional teams to rapidly assess and respond to changes in business conditions, workforce distribution, or portfolio constraints
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Finance, and business unit leaders to ensure workplace solutions are integrated with broader organizational planning cycles
• Anticipate disruptions to the global workplace portfolio - including organizational restructuring, hybrid work shifts, or regional expansion - and develop contingency plans that maintain operational continuity
• Contribute to the development of Global Workplace Services organization strategy by identifying emerging trends in workplace design, space utilization, and employee experience
• Coach and guide cross-functional partners on workplace planning methodologies, tools, and best practices to build organizational capability across the broader team

Minimum Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, space planning, corporate real estate, or a related field within a large-scale, global organization
• Experience developing and executing multi-year workplace and space planning strategies across complex, geographically distributed portfolios
• Experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders through data-driven workplace recommendations, scenario analyses, and written strategic communications
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that span real estate, facilities, HR, and finance functions (or similar functions) with measurable business outcomes
• Experience contributing to organizational strategy development and translating enterprise-level workforce trends into actionable workplace program recommendations

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
