Summary

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our company has the right products, at the right places, at the right times, cost effectively. Utilizing a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, you will optimize supply chain accuracy and efficiency globally, ensuring customers have access to the product they need when they need it. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate a seamless integrated supply chain plan.

What You'll Do

  • Supply & Inventory Analysis: Develop and maintain the supply plan for key business units, ensuring that product availability aligns with demand forecasts and financial targets
  • Purchase Order Management: Execute all tactical responsibilities associated with purchase order management, from creation to delivery, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Data Reporting & Analytics: Analyze supply chain data using tools like Excel, BI platforms, and ERP systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepare data and materials for Demand and Supply Review meetings
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with Demand Planners and Sales teams to support product launch planning and the effective phase-in and phase-out of products
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure supply chain activities are aligned with overall company objectives and to help resolve any supply disruptions
  • Process Improvement: Participate in supply chain initiatives and recommend enhancements to processes and systems that improve speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
