Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Global Product Line Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the next phase of growth for our Rubber Synchronous Drives portfolio. This position is based in Englewood, CO and operates at the center of a highly collaborative, global organization.
You will lead the development and execution of product line strategies, including market and competitive analysis, while identifying opportunities that deliver profitable growth. You will partner closely with engineering to align product and technology roadmaps, ensuring a cohesive vision and strong pipeline of innovation.
This role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing new product development initiatives and marketing programs to drive orders, revenue, and profitability. You will also contribute to both short- and long-term planning, ensuring performance across key metrics including sales, market share, pricing, profitability, quality, delivery, and vitality.
Working cross-functionally with operations, you will ensure manufacturability and successful delivery aligned to growth projections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Own global P&L for hydraulic hose (revenue, margin, market share)
- Define and execute multi-year product line strategy aligned to corporate goals
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across markets and applications
- Lead full product lifecycle management, including roadmap, rationalization, and SKU optimization
- Drive new product development and global commercialization through cross-functional teams
- Set pricing strategy and governance; ensure margin discipline globally
- Serve as global SME, translating customer and market insights into product direction
- Partner with regional teams, sales, and key customers on strategic and complex opportunities
- Align engineering, operations, and manufacturing to ensure execution, supply, and quality
- Monitor KPIs and leverage analytics to drive continuous portfolio improvement

Requirements and Preferred Skills- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience across product management, business development, sales, application engineering, or related disciplines
- Proven ability to position product lines for long-term growth
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Pay & Benefits- Full-Time
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
- Bonus Eligible
