Full Job Description
Who You Are: (Job Summary)

The Global Process Owner (GPO), Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is accountable for the design, standardization, governance, and integrity of the IBP process across QTS. This role ensures IBP is executed consistently, predictably, and with appropriate controls across all functions, regions, and planning horizons.

The IBP GPO operates within the enterprise GPO operating model, partnering closely with the IBP Director or Senior Director (who owns the IBP management system, executive cadence, and outcomes) and the GPO Leader (who governs enterprise-wide process standards and consistency). The IBP GPO does not own business results or executive decision forums; instead, this role ensures the process, data, controls, and standards underlying IBP are decision-grade and scalable.
