This position is an on-site position where a successful candidate can sit in one of our Teledyne sites in the US.
What You'll Do:- Manage and optimize global payroll operations across all regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Administer and enhance global payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), including data integrity, upgrades, testing, and new functionality.
- Drive global payroll standardization, automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, in-country providers, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure seamless payroll delivery.
- Produce and analyze global payroll data, reporting, and controls to support compliance, audits, and leadership decision-making.
What You Need:- Bachelor's degree (preferred) with at least 5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience, within a global or multinational environment.
- Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus).
- U.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control laws

Salary Range: $96,600.00-$128,800.000
