Full Job Description

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Global Occupancy Planning Leader to lead occupancy planning and workplace portfolio optimization for Project Blue in the Americas region, providing data-driven space strategies and actionable insights that support real estate decisions and maximize the effectiveness of the Firm's workplace investments.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business.

What you'll do in the role:
- Lead occupancy planning and workplace portfolio optimization for Project Blue in the Americas region, ensuring space strategies align with business growth, operational requirements, and real estate objectives.
- Develop enterprise capacity plans, occupancy scenarios, workplace utilization analyses, and future demand forecasts to inform portfolio decisions and investment priorities.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor on workplace utilization, balancing business requirements, employee experience, portfolio efficiency, cost discipline, and long-term flexibility.
- Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to translate headcount, growth, and operating model needs into actionable occupancy plans and space recommendations.
- Manage planning vendors and governance processes, ensuring timely deliverables, consistent planning standards, data integrity, and accountability across workstreams.
- Provide leadership with clear reporting, insights, risks, options, and decision support related to occupancy performance, utilization trends, capacity constraints, and portfolio optimization opportunities.

What you'll bring to the role:
- Extensive experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, portfolio planning, space management, consulting, or a related field, with a track record of supporting complex, multi-site workplace programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing capacity models, occupancy forecasts, utilization reporting, scenario analyses, dashboards, and executive-level insights.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business growth, headcount demand, and workplace utilization data into practical real estate strategies and space recommendations.
- Executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise leaders, influence decisions, communicate trade-offs, and drive alignment across diverse business and project teams.
- Experience managing planning vendors, governance routines, planning standards, deliverables, and data quality in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline preferred; workplace strategy or occupancy planning experience strongly preferred.

The position’s work location will be 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75202 at a future date. The role may begin remotely until the office location becomes available. In-Person interviews will be required for the role.
