GlobalEnvironmentalHealth&Safety(EHS)Manager to lead and advance our worldwide EHS strategy while serving as the hands-on EHS leader for our Rock Hill, South Carolina operations.
This highly visible leadership role combines
globalprogramdevelopment,regulatorycompliance,lasersafetyoversight,andsite-leveloperationalsupport. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders across the organization to strengthen safety culture, improve compliance performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout our global operations.
As our
CorporateLaserSafetyOfficer(LSO), you will also play a critical role in maintaining laser safety programs, ensuring compliance with ANSI standards, and supporting product safety initiatives.
What We're Looking ForGlobal EHS LeadershipLead the development and execution of a comprehensive global EHS strategy that supports business objectives and operational excellence across multiple locations.
Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:- Develop, implement, and continuously improve global EHS policies, programs, and standards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable international regulations
- Standardize EHS processes, reporting practices, and performance metrics across sites
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs
- Monitor and report EHS KPIs, driving measurable performance improvements
- Provide subject matter expertise in air permitting, stormwater management, and environmental compliance
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions

Corporate Laser Safety Officer (LSO)Serve as the organization's designated Corporate Laser Safety Officer in accordance with ANSI Z136 standards.
Responsibilitiesinclude:- Manage and maintain corporate laser safety programs
- Conduct laser hazard evaluations and risk assessments
- Ensure proper laser classification, controls, and compliance measures
- Develop and deliver laser safety training programs
- Prepare annual laser safety reports and documentation
- Support product safety evaluations, documentation, and reporting requirements
Site EHS Leadership | Rock Hill, SCProvide direct EHS leadership and support for three Rock Hill facilities:
- Manufacturing Facility (3D printers and materials)
- Research & Development and Corporate Offices
- Distribution Center
Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action efforts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory readiness
- Support new equipment installations and process changes
- Manage environmental programs involving air emissions, stormwater, and waste management
- Partner with operational leaders to create a safe and productive work environment
People LeadershipLead and support EHS professionals across our global organization.
Responsibilitiesinclude:- Manage EHS team members in Leuven, Belgium and Littleton, Colorado
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development
- Foster collaboration and alignment of EHS initiatives worldwide

QualificationsWhat You'll BringRequired Experience- 7+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or industrial environments
- Demonstrated success managing EHS programs and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action management
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Global or multi-site EHS leadership experience
- Experience with air permitting and stormwater compliance programs
- Laser Safety Officer (LSO) experience
- Familiarity with ANSI Z136 standards
