Full Job Description
As the Global Director of Human Resources, you will be a key strategic partner and leader, responsible for building and scaling our most valuable asset: our people. You will shape our global HR strategy to support rapid growth and innovation, overseeing all people operations across our international teams. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, data-driven leader with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. You will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top-tier tech talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring our HR practices are a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic People & Business Partnering
  • Align HR strategy directly with business objectives, focusing on key SaaS metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per employee.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives, especially during periods of hyper-growth.
  • Lead with data, using HR analytics to inform decisions on talent acquisition, compensation, and employee engagement, and report on key people metrics to the C-suite.


2. Talent & Recruitment
  • Define and lead the global talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire engineers, product managers, sales executives, and other critical roles in a highly competitive market.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing to build a strong employer brand that resonates with tech talent.
  • Oversee a streamlined, candidate-centric hiring process that balances speed with quality, leveraging modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interview techniques.


3. Compensation & Total Rewards
  • Design and manage a global compensation strategy that is highly competitive within the tech and SaaS markets, including base salary, variable pay (e.g., commissions), and equity programs (e.g., stock options, RSUs).
  • Ensure pay equity and transparency by regularly conducting market analysis and benchmarking against top SaaS companies.
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive total rewards package that goes beyond salary to include benefits, wellness programs, and learning and development opportunities that are attractive to a global, distributed workforce.


4. Employee Experience & Culture
  • Cultivate a vibrant, high-performance culture that is a true differentiator, emphasizing innovation, autonomy, and collaboration across all global offices and remote teams.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and use regular pulse surveys to gather feedback and proactively address challenges.
