The Global ATS Product Manager is a strategic, customer-obsessed leader responsible for defining the vision, driving adoption, and continuously improving the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that powers the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) hiring and onboarding experience. This role spans a global portfolio currently servicing the US, MX, CA, BR, EU, UAE, and JP with planned future expansions.
The ATS Product Manager owns the full product lifecycle-from strategy and definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement-ensuring DSPs can hire and onboard Delivery Associates as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires the ability to operate as both a product leader and a hands-on program executor in a fast-moving environment.
The product manager owns and drives the global ATS customer-working-backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals, and working backwards documents (press release, FAQ) informed by customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics. They articulate enterprise and global needs to conceive and deliver innovative solutions that drive DA candidate engagement, conversion, and DSP hiring. They serve as the subject matter expert on the ATS, understanding how the product works, how end users leverage it, and the costs and resources involved in executing hiring and onboarding tasks.
The ATS Product Manager own the product roadmap, working with internal and 3rd party partners to define and deliver product enhancements and new country launches to drive DSP adoption and product usage while ensuring DSP's can solve their hiring needs to ensure they meet delivery capacity.
Key job responsibilities
Product Planning & Execution
Define and own the program strategy, project plans, and business requirements for product releases, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals.
Lead a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver against the project plan, effectively unblocking the team and increasing speed of delivery by negotiating resources and priorities.
Make tradeoff decisions with technical teams based on customer requirements; own QA/testing and integrations with internal tools.
When faced with roadblocks-technology limitations, adoption barriers, compliance requirements-define the problem, find a path forward, and escalate effectively.
Product Launch & Adoption
Own the go-to-market plan to deliver results that ensure customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans.
Drive ATS adoption by articulating impact to cognitive load, cost, and conversion to stakeholders.
Launch and manage change management communications, education channels, and programs for both internal Amazonian end users and DSPs.
Own change management holistically from ideation through continuous improvement post-launch.
Global Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all ATS stakeholders across global regions, ensuring all communities are included, informed, and treated with the same level of care regardless of proximity.
Understand, coordinate, and influence roadmaps to push improvements that service the DSP and DA experience.
Balance collecting anecdotes with analyzing data to drive continuous improvement within the ATS hiring and onboarding space.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
