Titre du poste : Gestionnaire, transformation numérique (Conformité des matériaux et gestion des risques)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un professionnel passionné par les données, la technologie et la conformité réglementaire pour se joindre à l'équipe de Conformité mondiale des produits chimiques de Pratt & Whitney Canada.

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous contribuerez au développement et à l'amélioration de solutions numériques visant à assurer la conformité des produits aux réglementations environnementales et chimiques internationales. Vous travaillerez à l'intersection des technologies de l'information, de la gestion des données produits et de la conformité réglementaire, afin d'améliorer la visibilité sur les risques associés aux substances chimiques présentes dans nos produits.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

  • Collecter, analyser et gérer les données provenant des systèmes internes, des plateformes PLM et des fournisseurs.


  • Assurer la qualité, l'intégrité et la traçabilité des données liées à la conformité.


  • Collaborer avec les équipes TI, Ingénierie, Qualité, Chaîne d'approvisionnement et Conformité réglementaire.


  • Évaluer les risques associés aux substances chimiques présentes dans les produits et les matériaux.


  • Développer des outils, tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance (KPI) et rapports pour soutenir la prise de décision.


  • Présenter les analyses et les recommandations aux équipes techniques et de gestion.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?

  • Diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique, génie industriel, génie chimique, analyse de données, gestion des processus d'affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.


  • Expérience en gestion et en intégration d'ensembles de données complexes.


  • Expérience avec des systèmes PLM ou d'autres systèmes de gestion des données produits.


  • Expérience dans le développement de solutions de bases de données et de capacités d'intégration de systèmes.


  • Une expérience dans un environnement manufacturier ou aérospatial constitue un atout.


  • Une expérience avec des systèmes ERP constitue un atout.


  • Une expérience avec le module SAP Product Compliance constitue un atout.

Job title : Digital Transformation Manager (Materials Compliance & Risk Management)

We are seeking a professional who is passionate about data, technology, and regulatory compliance to join Pratt & Whitney Canada's Global Chemical Compliance team.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of digital solutions that support product compliance with global environmental and chemical regulations. You will work at the intersection of information technology, product data management, and regulatory compliance to provide greater visibility into risks associated with chemical substances contained in our products.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site. Flexibility in work hours may be required to support operational priorities and evolving business needs.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Collect, analyze, and manage data from internal systems, PLM platforms, and suppliers.


  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and traceability of compliance-related data.


  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Compliance teams.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
