  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the firm's M&E BIM Manager representing the company to clients and business partners.
  • Develop coordination strategies with business partners and establish data governance.
  • Create and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Conduct quality checks and audits of models to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to project teams regarding BIM standards, tools, and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve BIM practices.
  • Assist teams in preparing service offers that include BIM process components, contributing to text development and effort evaluation.

AtkinsRéalis est à la recherche d'un gestionnaire BIM proactif et autonome pour rejoindre son équipe BIM - Mécanique et Électrique au Canada. Ce rôle consiste à superviser la coordination des données BIM, assurer la qualité et la conformité aux normes, ainsi qu'à optimiser les processus pour des projets d'ingénierie multidisciplinaires.

Votre rôle

  • Représentation de la firme en tant que gestionnaire BIM de discipline M&E auprès de nos clients et partenaires d'affaire.
  • Élaborer les stratégies de coordination avec nos partenaires d'affaire et établir la gouvernance de la donnée.
  • Élaborer et maintenir les plans d'exécution BIM (BEP) spécifiques aux projets.
  • Effectuer des contrôles de qualité et des audits des modèles pour garantir le respect des normes du projet.
  • Fournir de la formation, du soutien et des conseils aux équipes de projet concernant les normes, outils et processus BIM.
  • Se tenir à jour sur les tendances de l'industrie, les normes et les technologies émergentes afin d'améliorer continuellement les pratiques BIM.
  • Assister les équipes dans la préparation des offres de service comportant un volet processus BIM, dans l'élaboration des textes et dans l'évaluation des efforts.


À propos de vous

  • Baccalauréat en mécanique, génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en coordination BIM, de préférence dans des projets d'infrastructure, ferroviaires ou de transport.
  • Expérience démontrée sur des projets multidisciplinaires de grande envergure.
  • Maîtrise des outils BIM, notamment Revit, Navisworks, etc.
  • Connaissance des plateformes collaboratives BIM telles que Autodesk Forma, Revizto ou équivalentes.
  • Bonne compréhension des normes et protocoles BIM (ISO 19650, etc.).
  • Expérience en détection de conflits (clash detection), coordination et audit de modèles.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de conception et de construction dans les domaines de la mécanique et de l'électricité du bâtiment.
  • Des compétences de base en programmation ou en scripts (Dynamo, Python) constituent un atout.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps.
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et interpersonnelles pour travailler efficacement avec des équipes diversifiées.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à faire preuve d'initiative tout en collaborant en équipe.
  • Souci du détail et engagement envers un travail de haute qualité.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire (à l'écrit et à l'oral).*
