En tant que Gestionnaire principal, Analyse de la performance des produits et systèmes de données après-vente, vous piloterez la stratégie, le développement et la mise en œuvre de capacités avancées en analytique, en données et en solutions numériques visant à améliorer la fiabilité et la maintenabilité des systèmes de propulsion à l'échelle mondiale.

Ce rôle offre l'opportunité de diriger des initiatives de transformation à fort impact, de façonner les capacités numériques et analytiques, et de développer des produits de données innovants qui améliorent la fiabilité des systèmes de propulsion, soutiennent l'excellence des services et garantissent la conformité réglementaire.

Ce poste à temps plein est offert du lundi au vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles, et est basé à Longueuil ou à Mississauga, et se déroule exclusivement sur place.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Diriger les systèmes numériques, l'analytique et les produits de données liés à la performance des produits au sein des programmes clients.
  • Définir la stratégie des produits numériques, la feuille de route, les KPI, les budgets et les priorités de livraison.
  • Collaborer de manière transversale avec l'équipe de transformation des systèmes d'affaires, l'ingénierie, les opérations, l'IT, le MRO et les fournisseurs externes afin d'améliorer les capacités des plateformes et l'expérience utilisateur.
  • Superviser les produits de données, les modèles analytiques, le reporting, les flux de travail et les analyses de fiabilité.
  • Assurer la qualité des données, la gouvernance, la conformité et la préparation aux audits à travers les systèmes d'entreprise.
  • Favoriser l'amélioration continue, la standardisation des processus et les capacités de maintenance prédictive grâce à l'analytique et à l'intégration DPHM.
  • Gérer les fournisseurs et traduire les besoins des parties prenantes en solutions numériques évolutives.
  • Agir à titre de responsable senior des systèmes de performance des produits et de la qualité des données.


Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

Qualifications requises
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, systèmes d'information ou domaine connexe; maîtrise préférable.
  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits numériques, analytique ou plateformes de données dans des environnements réglementés ou industriels.
  • Expérience avec Databricks ou des plateformes similaires d'analytique et de données.
  • Connaissance des processus de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de performance des produits.
  • Solide expérience en gouvernance des données, qualité des données et leadership transversal.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un environnement de travail francophone et requiert une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre au quotidien la documentation et les termes techniques émanant d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour rédiger et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Qualifications souhaitées
  • Expérience dans l'après-vente aérospatiale, le MRO ou les environnements de performance de flotte.
  • Familiarité avec SAP, PLM, CRM et les intégrations de données opérationnelles.
  • Connaissance des concepts de maintenance prédictive, DPHM, FMEA et RCM.
  • Expérience en soutien à la conformité réglementaire et aux audits.
  • Expérience en ingénierie de la fiabilité, de la maintenabilité et de la disponibilité dans le secteur aérospatial.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

  • Experience in aerospace aftermarket, MRO, or fleet performance environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PLM, CRM, and operational data integrations.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance, DPHM, FMEA, and RCM concepts.

The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
