About the Opportunity:

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a distinguished team with America's pre-eminent Trauma and Acute Care Surgery group in El Paso, Texas. We are seeking a General Surgeon with trauma experience to join a team of highly qualified surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at Level II and Lever III Trauma Centers.

Position Highlights:
  • Location: El Paso, Texas
  • Role: General Surgeon with Trauma Experience
  • Facility: Two locations both Level II and Level III Trauma Centers
  • Responsibilities: Handling a great case mix of emergency general surgery and trauma cases.


Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program.
  • Certification: Board-certified in General Surgery; Surgery Critical Care certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills with leaders, peers, and staff.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for trauma surgery and a desire for continuous growth.
