5+ years of dealership sales leadership experience required
Experience as a new car manager is a plus
Ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships
Proficient in computer skills including Internet, MS Outlook, CRM tools, ADP, and Reynolds
Understanding of inventory control and company turn policy
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales team and customers to enhance relationships and streamline the sales process
Cultivate customer rapport to generate referrals and expand the customer network
Train and support sales staff while assisting in closing deals
Negotiate deals for sales professionals and take turn-overs to maximize sales potential
Manage various aspects of the sales department
Coordinate with wholesalers to acquire vehicles for inventory from auctions and off-lease returns
Conduct trade appraisals

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential
Excellent Phone Skills
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Work with wholesales to purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction, off-lease returns & inter-company
Complete trade appraisals
Qualifications:
Prior sales leadership 5 yrs of dealership experience required*
Prior new car manager experience a plus
Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
