Role Overview and ResponsibilitiesAs our
General Manager at TT Electronics, Minneapolis, you'll assume full site autonomy, overseeing daily operations, shaping its future strategy, developing its people, and driving commercial performance.
Reporting to the
EVP Power (Divisional Lead), you'll play a visible role in shaping the future of the site. You'll lead robust Monthly Business Reviews, semi-annual Talent Reviews and the development and execution of a clear
Strategic Growth Plan, presenting performance, opportunities and risks to Board-level stakeholders.
As a member of the
Divisional Leadership Team, you'll work closely with our global leaders to share best practice, unlock opportunities, develop customer solutions and influence the wider direction of the division.

Qualifications, Skills and AttributesWhat we're looking forWe're looking for an experienced, commercially minded and operational leader who can combine
strategic thinking with a strong focus on delivery.
You'll bring:
- Senior operational leadership experience, with full accountability for a business unit or site.
- Commercial and financial acumen, understanding P&L, budgeting, investment decisions and the commercial drivers of business performance.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop clear strategies, translate them into actionable plans and maintain momentum through to delivery.
- A strong commitment to HSEand quality
- Investment leadership, with experience managing Capex.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and present effectively at senior and Board level.
- A degree or equivalent experience, in business, engineering, operations or a related discipline.

visible, credible and inspiring leader who can bring people together around a clear direction, and make things happen.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which means that limitations relating to nationality may apply.

Pay Range: $200,000 - $250,000, with annual bonus potential.
