Job DescriptionRole Purpose
The Account Executive is responsible to manage and grow their portfolio of accounts - accountable for the revenue growth, profitability,, customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and talent development. The role builds trusted client relationships, drives business expansion, and ensures sustainable account performance through strategic planning, operational excellence, and AI-enabled insights.
͏Key Responsibilities
1. Client Growth & Strategic Relationship Management
- Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive profitable growth through account expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and new opportunity creation.
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and business priorities. Act as a trusted advisor and champion customer success.
͏- Leverage AI-driven account intelligence to synthesize account history, whitespace opportunities, buying signals, and market trends to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Utilize AI-assisted account planning for account reviews, QBRs, renewals, and growth strategies.
2. Business Growth
- Own revenue, bookings, margin, and profitability, of assigned accounts.
͏- Execute growth strategies that maximize account value while optimizing costs.
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, governance, and business planning.
- Use AI-enabled analytics to improve forecast accuracy, growth planning, and decision-making.
Delivery Excellence & Customer Success
- Partner with delivery and functional teams to ensure successful execution and achievement of customer outcomes.
͏- Maintain oversight on operational excellence, quality, compliance, and risk management.
- Partner with delivery team counterparts to highlight/ manage customer escalations and delivery risks.
- Leverage AI-generated insights to identify renewal, retention, and churn risks, while recommending next-best cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
