General Manager - Plant Operations & Supply Chain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct operations experience in a licensed cannabis or hemp manufacturing facility.
• 8+ years of total operations/manufacturing experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of raw material flow through WIP to finished goods; experience with ERP implementations.
• Proficient in performing root-cause analysis on yield variance, labor inefficiencies, and COGS fluctuations.
• Hands-on leadership style, with a focus on mentoring teams and fostering accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Implement and manage supply chain processes to optimize production flow.
• Lead and mentor production teams to enhance performance and accountability.
