As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the theater's operations, including leading the team, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining performance, and encouraging a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. What You'll Do:- Set the bar for guest services, ensuring that our team consistently delivers outstanding experiences.
- Adopt and exemplify our core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines, fostering a professional and vibrant work environment.
- Cultivate effective communication among team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve operational models, and report on successes and growth opportunities.
- Assist in staffing by owning the hiring, training, and disciplinary actions, cultivating a positive and motivating work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and be the primary point of contact for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Work closely with team members, guests, and corporate agents to ensure consistent and exceptional guest experiences.
- Listen attentively, communicate effectively, and promptly address any guest concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
What You'll Need:- 8+ years of hospitality management experience in a dynamic environment, preferably with previous experience in dine-in theater management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and act as a positive role model for others.
- Hold yourself and team members accountable to consistently meet high standards of dedication and behavior.
- Ability to acquire any required Manager Safe Serve Certification.
- Proficiency in ordering, receiving, invoicing, and inventory procedures.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
