About the Role:

The General Manager at Middle Child will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, managing costs, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service. The General Manager will lead a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional development. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning and execution of corporate sales initiatives, as well as the management of food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
