The RoleWe are seeking a General Manager, In-Space Propulsion to lead one of our fastest-growing business units, headquartered in Redmond, WA, spanning Chemical, Electric, and Exploration Systems Propulsion. This is a full P&L leadership role driving strategy, customer relationships, operational excellence, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Own full P&L: revenue growth, profitability, cost control, and margin expansion
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships

Basic Qualifications- Senior leadership experience in Aerospace & Defense, with direct P&L ownership and accountability for financial results
- Proven track record driving revenue growth, profitability, and margin expansion in complex program environments
- Experience leading engineering, manufacturing, program management, or operational organizations
- Demonstrated success building accountable, high-performance teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the space industry across national security, civil, or commercial sectors
- Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline
- Background spanning multiple functions - engineering, operations, finance, or program management
- Experience navigating and growing businesses during periods of significant organizational change
