$100,000 Base Salary + Significant Uncapped Profit Sharing

Target Total Compensation: $150,000-$200,000+ based on company performance

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for a proven General Manager and strong leader who knows how to build a team, develop managers, manage by the numbers and produce profitable results.

Experience in residential HVAC, plumbing or another home-services business is preferred-but it is NOT required.

We can teach you our business.

We're much more interested in finding someone who already knows how to successfully lead and manage a company.

Experience managing or helping lead a mid-sized business is preferred-but it is NOT required.

We're looking for someone who understands people, leadership, accountability, financial performance and profitable growth.

We'll teach you the rest.

We'll discuss the position, responsibilities, expectations and our plans for the future in much greater detail during an initial Zoom interview.
