Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Fort Meade, MD.
The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a large deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.
About the jobIn this leadership role, you will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll guide and develop your team while managing financial performance and building strong relationships with clients and customers to support sustained success.

Pay Range: $77605 - $100430
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
