Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Phoenix, AZ office.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
Guide clients through the case process
Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
Complete TD approval for liability issues
Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
Manage the release approval process

Requirements
Law degree from a fully accredited law school
