Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer with 10+ years of application development experience and a strong background in leading cross-functional programs within banking or regulated enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions in production, along with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), developer tools, enterprise governance, and cloud integration. The role focuses on automating SDLC use cases, integrating AI models with backend services, and developing scalable APIs.
Key Responsibilities
• Automate 64 SDLC use cases by implementing prompt automation and utilizing a knowledge repository.
• Integrate cloud services by implementing and managing AI models alongside traditional backend resources across AWS environments.
• Develop robust and scalable REST APIs to support seamless frontend-to-backend communication.
• Manage complex JSON payloads and ensure effective integration between frontend applications and backend services.
• Implement Generative AI and LLM solutions involving prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional programs within regulated enterprise environments.
• Define KPI frameworks and support performance measurement and reporting.
• Develop executive steering presentations, value narratives, and status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Work within enterprise governance frameworks, including architecture reviews, change management, Responsible AI, and data privacy requirements.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs within banking or regulated enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI or LLM solutions in production, including prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Experience with SDLC processes and developer tools such as Git, GitHub, CI/CD, IntelliJ or VS Code, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and working with Power BI, including DAX, data models, and row-level security, or a comparable BI platform.
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to create steering presentations, value narratives, and status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of enterprise governance, including architecture reviews, change management, Responsible AI, and data privacy.
• Experience with Kore.ai.
• Strong application development and API integration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
