Full Job Description
SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $ 96,000+

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.


BONUS: Bonus at Target: $ 24,000
  • This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.
  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tax Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare and/or review income and indirect tax returns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and remittances.
  • Maintain organized records and reconciliations of tax-related documentation.
  • Prepare monthly tax provisions and support financial reporting requirements.

Government Correspondence
  • Manage tax audits and inquiries from government agencies.
  • Coordinate responses and gather supporting documentation.
  • Monitor and reconcile various government statements of accounts.
  • Track and maintain compliance with government reporting requirements.

Budgeting & Monitoring
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting of tax payments and expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain annual tax payment schedules and forecasts to support. cash flow planning.
  • Compare forecasted vs. actual tax payments and provide insights to FP&A.


Ad Hoc Projects & Strategic Support
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate tax processes.
  • Research and interpret tax legislation to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Review and update annual transfer pricing documentation.
  • Manage relationships with consultants for tax incentive claims and recoveries.
  • Advise on tax implications of business initiatives and transactions.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on tax matters.
  • Support senior tax manager with ad hoc projects, including but not limited to tax planning / reorganizations.
