What You'll Do - Lead the funeral home team by fostering a culture of accountability, communication, collaboration, and exceptional service.
- Direct day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and business performance.
- Guide families through the arrangement process, ensuring compassionate, professional, and consistent care.
- Develop and mentor Funeral Directors, Funeral Arrangers, support staff, and emerging leaders through coaching, training, feedback, and succession planning.
- Support case volume, revenue objectives, and operational efficiency while maintaining expense discipline.
- Build relationships with local organizations, churches, hospitals, hospices, care facilities, veterans• organizations, and community partners.
- Partner across funeral home, cemetery, crematory, administration, and sales teams to create a seamless family experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen performance, and drive long-term success.
What You Bring - California Funeral Director license or the ability to obtain California licensure.
- 5+ years of experience in the funeral profession or a related service-oriented industry.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated success leading and developing teams.
- A strong mentorship mindset with a track record of developing employees and future leaders.
- A hands-on, approachable leadership style with a willingness to support both families and team members.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation - $100,000 - $115,000 per year
