Monitor KPIs across both functions, using data to identify trends, recurring errors, capacity pressures, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide senior management with clear reporting on performance, risks, incidents, and progress against improvement plans.
Lead process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to improve the handover between funding and payments and resolve wider operational challenges.
Ensure the Team Leads communicate process and system changes clearly and provide the training needed to put them into practice.
Oversee incident follow-up, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
