Full Job Description
This position is part of BRP's Application Delivery and Lifecycle group, a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives.

The JAGGAER Functional Analyst and Administrator is responsible for the functional administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the JAGGAER Direct Procurement platform. This role serves as the primary functional expert for procurement processes within JAGGAER, partnering closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to optimize system capabilities, improve user adoption, and support strategic sourcing and supplier collaboration initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of direct procurement processes with strong JAGGAER platform expertise, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions while ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and an excellent user experience.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Serve as the functional administrator for the JAGGAER Direct Procurement platform.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, forms, approval processes, business rules, notifications, and user permissions.
  • Manage system configuration changes across development, test, and production environments.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and operating procedures.
  • Coordinate platform upgrades, releases, regression testing, and deployment activities.
  • Provide expert-level support for incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT leadership and business stakeholders.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-7+ years supporting procurement technology platforms.
  • 2+ years of hands-on functional experience administering JAGGAER or a comparable Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.
  • Experience supporting direct procurement business processes.
  • Strong understanding of procurement operations and supplier management.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
  • Experience in large-scale and international implementation projects with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
  • A proven ability to bridge business requirements with JAGGAER system design and configuration.
  • Excellent skills in solution design, problem-solving, and process optimization.
  • Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
  • Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents.
