Job Description: Techno-Functional Analyst who will serve as a hands-on-keys resource within the Veeva ecosystem. This individual will configure, implement, and optimize Veeva CRM solutions across the Commercial IT landscape - translating business needs directly into working platform configurations. The ideal Techno-Functional Analyst combines deep technical proficiency in the Veeva stack with the functional awareness to understand why solutions matter to the business.
Responsibilities: - Configure, implement, and maintain Veeva CRM solutions hands-on within a Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial IT environment.
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and scalable platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across the Veeva ecosystem to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand functional needs and deliver effective Veeva-based solutions.
- Support and enhance Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats implementations as needed.
- Ensure all configurations and solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements: - Senior-level hands-on experience configuring and implementing Veeva CRM in a Pharma/Life Sciences environment.
- Strong understanding of the Commercial IT landscape and supporting systems.
- Experience with Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats (strongly preferred).
