Full-Time Remote Order Entry Review Pharmacist

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license with NJ Board of Pharmacy required.
• Preferred experience in Long Term Care settings.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills essential.
• High attention to detail is crucial.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently is necessary.
• Must demonstrate reliability and multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity with Frameworks LTC system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough order entry reviews for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in medication orders.
