Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of at least 3 years of U.S. residency training in pediatrics
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatrics
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
• Experience or familiarity with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and ADHD

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical care to pediatric and adult patients both in-person and via telehealth
• Complete all required patient care activities, ensuring high standards of clinical quality
• Achieve productivity targets for patient visits and maintain appropriate caseload
• Timely completion of clinical documentation, with specified standards for encounter completion
• Communicate care plans effectively to assistants and address patient needs promptly
• Participate actively in clinical meetings and case collaborations
• Present and teach at clinical rounds, contributing to team knowledge and patient care improvements
