Altius Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time General Dentist to join our established dental practice in Gilmer, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, quality patient care, and working alongside a supportive dental team.
The selected dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services while developing long-term relationships with patients in the Gilmer community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
- Create and present individualized treatment plans
- Provide preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services
- Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other treatments within the provider's experience and scope of practice
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients regarding treatment recommendations and oral health
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
- Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license in good standing
- Current DEA registration, when applicable
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
