IndeVets is hiring full-time associate veterinarians in Flint These full-time veterinarian jobs in Flint give you the freedom to shape work around your life, the support to thrive, and the ability to be fully present at work and in everything that matters outside of it.
When you have room to recharge, you can bring more energy, focus, and joy into the clinic.
How these Flint veterinarian jobs work As a full-time IndeVet, you'll work shifts at vetted partner hospitals across our Flint network. You tell us how you want to work-from your preferred days and drive radius to your clinical interests and hospital preferences-and your dedicated Scheduling Coordinator uses those preferences to curate your schedule.
Through ongoing conversations and feedback, we keep learning what works best for you and refine your shifts over time, with the goal of finding hospitals where you feel welcomed, valued, and able to do your best work.
A whole team behind you. Independence doesn't mean going it alone. From scheduling and clinical leadership to partner hospital relationships and day-to-day logistics, there's a whole support system behind you-and people to turn to when you need help or something doesn't go as planned.
And that support is personal. We take the time to know you as a whole person-what matters to you, how you like to work, and where you want to grow.
We handle the details so you can focus on what matters. Focus on being the best doctor you can be. - Medicine over metrics. No production targets or exam quotas.
- Veterinary leadership. Your manager and coach is a veterinarian-not a business person.
- Clinical autonomy. Make medical decisions with the freedom and support to practice great medicine.
- A veterinary community to lean on. Join colleagues who share your commitment to great medicine-for help with a tough case, a sounding board, or simply the camaraderie of people who understand the work.
Keep growing, on your terms. Grow your skills and career in ways that make sense for you, without sacrificing the life you've built outside of work.
We want to know where you want to go-not just where you're working next-and support the career and life you're building over time.

I can leave work and actually leave work. There isn't an expectation that my personal time is secondary to work or that I'm available 24/7. I can come in, do my job as a veterinarian, and then go home and enjoy my personal time. I honestly didn't believe that was possible. This is the least stressful-and probably the most fun-job I've had in years.
