Reporting to the Digital Experience and Engineering Manager, the Full Stack Software Engineer II is responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, developing, and maintaining software experiences across global website development projects. You will help shape the future of digital experiences at Hach by building next-generation platforms that leverage automation, advanced analytics, and AI to enhance customer experience and drive business value.
This position is part of the Digital Experience and Engineering team located in Loveland, Colorado and will be hybrid.
In this role, a typical day will look like: - Designing, producing, and delivering software to improve the reliability, scalability, performance, security, and efficiency of cloud services.
- Fixing, enhancing, and supporting services in production, including periodic on-call duties and live site operations.
- Developing and implementing code for product features using AI tools responsibly to enhance developer workflows.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of automation solutions within production environments.
- Collaborating with global colleagues to address technical requirements, conduct code reviews, and execute bug/issue triage.
The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field with 3+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.JS, and React.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern architecture, including API design and RESTful best practices.
- Prior experience building or working with distributed systems or cloud-based services.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 USD per year.
