As a Full-Stack AI Practice Lead, you will have to build and grow our AI Application Development practice. This role combines hands-on software engineering, AI solution development, technical leadership and client engagement. You will work on implementing AI with some of the world's biggest brands and your success will be measured by the growth and profitability of the AI practice, the successful delivery of high-impact AI solutions, the development of strategic client relationships, and the expansion of Ateko's market presence and thought leadership in artificial intelligence. WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI applications and custom software solutions, leveraging Azure OpenAI and modern Generative AI technologies.
• Provide hands-on full-stack technical leadership using React, Node.js, and Python, while establishing engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Design scalable enterprise architectures incorporating RAG, agentic workflows, containerization, and integrations with business systems.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client engagements, workshops, and pre-sales activities, helping shape innovative AI strategies and solutions.
• Mentor and grow high-performing technical teams while collaborating with Cloud, Data, and AI practices to build Ateko's AI Application Engineering capability and deliver secure, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don't meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we're looking for potential first.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or solution architecture, with strong hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and Python.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Azure OpenAI or similar enterprise AI platforms, with a solid understanding of RAG, AI evaluation, observability, and Responsible AI practices.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise-scale application development.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, support pre-sales activities, mentor developers, and establish engineering best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and growing engineering capabilities; exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Databricks Genie, Snowflake Cortex, and GitHub Copilot, as well as Azure certifications or cloud architecture expertise, is considered a strong asset.
