Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM(Customer Relationship Management)Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Mster's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, familiar with page architecture and layout, familiar with common technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3. - Proficient in JavaScript, AJAX, DOM, BOM, and related technologies. - Familiar with Node.js and proficient in using build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, and Webpack. - Experience developing with MVVM frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and AngularJS. - Strong communication and teamwork skills; passionate about technology; highly responsible; and able to drive the implementation and adoption of technical frameworks.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $256000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
