OverviewTheSOW Senior Manager of Operations is responsible for the execution of statements of work within our Global Services division. This individual will take into consideration the complexity of the scope presented while balancing the contractual terms and financial impact to deliver a sound business solution. The SOW Senior Manager of Operations will be considered a valued partner to Regional Sales Directors and VPs, Practice and Delivery, and InfoSec. They will collaborate with these decision makers on contractual risks, liabilities, and obligations; devise, recommend and implement creative and innovative solutions; and shall influence in making go/no-go decisions and other business-related matters. This individual will be responsible for holding other stakeholders accountable to timely and accurate SOW execution. Individuals in this role shall negotiate in a manner that develops successful creative solutions throughout the negotiation process that mitigates company risk and escalate as needed. Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Primarily responsible for the redlining, negotiating and execution of the portion of Statements of Work (Domestic and International) aligned to contractual compliance, pricing structure, legal compliance and practice capabilities
- Engages with proposal and GS director to manage workflow, inputs and processes for SOW lifecycle including , Review, Red-line, Negotiation, Escalation, and Execution
- Knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to resolve problems and complete requests timely in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborates with legal partners to ensure adherence to established risk profiles to mitigate risk for TEKsystems Global Services
- Assists in identifying process gaps and needs, creates efficiencies, and drives change foreffective and efficient statement of work lifecycle execution
- Execute work with urgency, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining momentum on multiple priorities
- Ability to be customer facing during statement of work negotiations to both understand their business needs while identifying potential risk for TEKsystems Global Services
- Conduct pipeline review meetings with TGS Vertical Director and Front Office leadership to establish weekly priorities
- Attend kick off calls for new documents with internal stakeholders to set expectations, areas of responsibility and timetables.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field along with 3-5+ years9 experience and/or equivalent competencies in finance, accounting, or business operations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems where the path forward is unclear and requires independent judgment and creative problem-solving
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively in a team environment that is competitive, fair, open, honest, and humble
- Ability to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION:
$75K-$115K
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
City and County of San Francisco:
