Full Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Front Office Consultant to work with their teams to bring clients live on enterprise cloud software for investment management.

About the Role & Platform

Our client's platform is a cloud-native, AI-first investment management system built on a unified data model, designed to replace the fragmented legacy systems that force firms to reconcile data, security masters, and transaction feeds across tools never built to talk to each other. Comfort with that exact problem is the most valuable experience a candidate can bring. Consultants who have worked with comparable front-to-back or order management platforms are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Collaborate with consulting team members and clients to understand, design, and implement strategic workflows across the investment management lifecycle
  • Configure and test the platform based on client requirements, including client and portfolio management setup, compliance rules definition, data ingestion and migration, security master maintenance, trade order management and settlement setup, and report customization
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand, design, and configure workflows across the full spectrum of the investment management lifecycle
  • Collaborate with others on determining priorities, setting client expectations, and managing interdependencies between technical and functional workstreams
  • Collaborate with technical consultants on the project team to support integration design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Work with internal and client technical, functional, and project management resources to support a successful go live and set the client team up for success
  • Adhere to information security policies

Requirements
  • Experience implementing investment management software in a client-facing role; experience with trade order management or portfolio management is a plus
  • Hands-on experience working with similar systems such as Charles River (CRD), SS&C (Advent, Geneva, Eze, Moxy), SimCorp, BlackRock Aladdin, or Bloomberg AIM
  • Understanding of investment instruments, including equity, fixed income, multi-currency, derivatives, and alternatives
  • Knowledge of financial markets and the portfolio investment lifecycle, including the full trade order management lifecycle plus post-trade workflows such as settlement and confirm/affirm
  • Experience implementing scalable, repeatable business processes, educating clients on effective approaches, and delivering tailored user training
  • Experience handling client escalations with professionalism
  • 12-15+ years of relevant experience (Director level)
